Anecdote

Like its elder sisters, Barbãr Blonde and Barbãr Bok, Barbãr Rouge is a honey-flavored beer whose origins go back to our ancestors, who called it the “Warrior’s Rest”.

Tastes evolve and techniques change. No brewer can deny these words, that sum up the challenge breweries face on a daily basis. The quest for novelty is what led the Lefebvre Brewery to create a different, highly distinctive product: Barbãr Rouge, the latest to join the range, more than 20 years after the creation of Barbãr Blonde and Bok.
